Just a small idea I had for the chat. Sometimes, when a message is posted and it's not you, the chat remains static and you have to manually scroll down yourself. Personally, I'd love to see an admin implement some kind of autoscrolling function, that when a message is posted, allows the chat to automatically scroll down to the bottom instead of remaining near the top. Especially handy for people who are afk.
This could be implemented into chat hacks, and I'm sure it wouldn't be TOO hard to code. So what does everybody think? Crimson "Valent" Azure talk http://i.imgur.com/Rarwx7r.png 01:25, November 30, 2014 (UTC)
- The chat autoscrolls by default. We also do not control the functionality of chat - it is done so by Wikia themselves. http://i.imgur.com/B0lGGoQ.gifOz 01:34, November 30, 2014 (UTC)
- This isn't actually a fault of Wikia or chat, I often encountered this problem when I was using Google Chrome. As soon as I changed, it was fixed. 343TheGuiltyProphet - Talk 21:24, December 2, 2014 (UTC)
So something like this? This happens to me but clearing chat makes it not happen. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/simple-auto-scroll/dccjkemhmffnljlnnoffljpkhkfpldff?hl=en (Dune Rubicante (talk) 13:25, December 3, 2014 (UTC))
