Chatmod re-evaluation

Hot off the heels of Forum:Chat mod refresh + possible temporary chat shutdown‎, this is where all current chat moderators will be evaluated. Please leave support votes and oppose votes where you wish, and as appropriate.

Points

An indecisive vote will result in the moderator keeping their rights.

In other words, only a clearly negative vote will result in a demotion.

Support is to keep rights, Oppose is to remove rights.

Keep it civil

This will take a long time, as we have a lot of chat moderators. Please put as much input as you can, it is essential moderators are given as-thorough-as-possible of an evaluation.

Support Me and Las may have started bumpy, but over time we have come to our senses and had each other back many times. What is done outside of the wiki (especially FAR into the past), has nothing to do with the wiki, especially now. Holding grudges brings people to shambles. Once again, what is done off of the wiki is unrelated in any way, and as a witness and factor in the case of what happened on Skype, I can wholeheartedly assure that bias is STRONG in it. Strong oppose I respect Mysterious Force as much as any other mod. However, in the past, he has been quick to boot rather than explain why he is booting, often demands one drop the subject when one asks what one has done wrong, and often leaves those whom he's kicked guessing what they even did wrong. Mods should never operate under such standards, because talking one on one is always a much better option and actually solves issues. Not punishing without letting the user know what they've also done wrong. It also brings to question if there is anything to kick for in the first place. Yep, the voting does seem bias and the evaluation can seem not very useful all in all. Mainly it's just mods and admins voting. At least it's better than people putting "I don't think example should be mod because I just think that" and not backing up what they say. I think its a tad bit suspicious that all of the information linked to by Callofduty4 concering strong opposition to Las is now missing completely, whether it be a JPG, or a deleted page. Interestingly, on the exact same day of the re-evaluation launch. Anyone know why that is?

I don't believe thats neccessarily a good decision overall, IXPilot. Everypony's opinion should be heard, and because you are an admin, you could hold information nopony else does or nopony's willing to confess about other ponies. I always get confused when it comes to voting like this. What I say is actually true because I do support. I don't want to oppose because I seen some stuff. Even know it's necessary to oppose, I rather stay neutral and sees what happen. Also, about the biased thing with the mods and normal users voting. This is just confusing, we can't get true answers. I would also like to point out one of my opposes uses skype and a different wiki as evidence for my removal. Other wikis and Skype do not apply to this wiki at all, using skype as evidence is completely ridiculous, as it is an outside source that has nothing to do with the wiki, I can't stress that enough. Force's oppose/support ratio is EXTREMELY leaned to the supports, and his only opposes are by Shad (for the Zak thing), and Zak himself, out of pure grudge. Noone can deny that Zak has a serious beef with Force, but on almost no grounds. If Zak was smart, he's duke it out with me, the person who did the most damage in the situation. Force does not kick/ban without warning or correction. Perhaps he has had his moments, all mods have, but it is not worth a strong oppose. With a ratio as leaned as Forces, however, it is downright ridiculous that he is even in jeopardy. Well personally I think Zak has a grudge against me, as some other users said, Fade cursed him out on Skype, 147 kicked him after he threatened people in chat, and Blue banned him after he heard what he had done. Per some of the statements above, grudges shouldn't be used as a way to remove a user's user rights. It is way bias that way and only have negative intentions.
