Return to A Royal Problem

Anyone else think this would be a golden opportunity for Nocturn and Echo/Ralph to make their return? I mean, since presumably Celestia could be taking over Luna's duties while their Cutie Marks are switched, why not bring along an appropriate escort?--Voltron23 (talk) 21:33, May 11, 2017 (UTC)

Alas, the opportunity seems to have gone unused, since the animated series seems to confine Luna's duties solely to dream-watching and helping out whenever there's a problem since Celestia is apparently too busy with the bureaucracy. The comics also act like she deals with various nocturnal menaces in Equestria, but the cartoon has yet to touch on that that I can think of. The whole Daybreaker thing is an interesting twist however, especially since we'd previously gotten Nightmare Star in the trading cards. Makes it seem like the evil forms of the various Alicorns might have unique names as opposed to a theme, though "Heartbreaker" would make a good one for Cadence.--Voltron23 (talk) 17:40, May 27, 2017 (UTC)

Well, this was quite the episode. Anyone else curious how they're going to work in a comeback for Daybreaker? Celestia turning in to her of her own volition seems unlikely, but I could see her being transformed by some other evil. Someone in the gallery even suggested Daybreaker appearing in an alternate timeline-specifically the one where Equestria was reduced to a barren waste. Of course, they could also feature her separately as in this episode, whether as just a manifestation of Celestia's dark side or an alternate form for Chrysalis whenever she pops up again.--Voltron23 (talk) 20:32, June 14, 2017 (UTC)
