The Crystalling - Part 1

The Crystalling - Part 2

  • This is the sixth episode in a row whose name starts with "The", the longest streak so far. Xannot Talk 21:41, March 6, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode where Twilight Velvet and Night Light speak! --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 16:00, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second episode Tara Strong voices someone other than Twilight, first being Testing Testing 1, 2, 3. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 16:06, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
    • Also the fourth and fifth times that a character and their parent are voiced by the same person, after Rarity/Cookie Crumbles, Diamond Tiara/Spoiled Rich, and Pinkie Pie/Cloudy Quartz. furdklZ.png 2xoHxMt.gif 18:24, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second episode where the main characters become crystal ponies. - Jasonbres (talk) 18:16, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
    • First time for Celestia and Luna since they were in Canterlot when it happened with Sombra's demise. - User:SonictheHedgehog1245 equestria_girls___daydream_shimmer_by_botchan_mlp-d9lisoh.gifSonictheHedgehog1245equestria_girls___dean_cadance_walking_by_botchan_mlp-d9d67zo.gif 22:28, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
      • And the first time for Sunburst, Starlight, and Flurry Heart as well. Vengir (talkcontributions) 22:33, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
        • Right, my bad on not including that. Thanks, Vengir. Also, I forgot to add on that while this is the second time for Twilight, it is the first time for her as an alicorn since last time she was a unicorn when it happened. equestria_girls___daydream_shimmer_by_botchan_mlp-d9lisoh.gifSonictheHedgehog1245equestria_girls___dean_cadance_walking_by_botchan_mlp-d9d67zo.gif 22:47, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second season premiere where there wasn't a villain after the season four premiere (unless you count the Plunderseeds). --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 19:08, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
    • First two-part episode where the threat isn't caused by a villain, seeing as how the Plunderseeds were created by Discord. In this instance it's a combination of out-of-control magic and a snowstorm. KillRoy231 (talk) 04:36, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second season premiere where a threat to the Crystal Empire is destroyed by the Crystal Heart, and third time we see its power (second being Games Ponies Play). KillRoy231 (talk) 04:36, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
  • First two-parter not to focus on Twilight. Don't get me wrong, Twilight does play a major role in the episode, but it's more of a supporting role. Much of the focus is instead on Starlight Glimmer. - Jasonbres (talk) 19:13, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second consecutive season premiere where the situation is resolved by someone outside the main cast. (The villagers in "The Cutie Map" and Sunburst in this episode. Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 12:20, March 27, 2016 (UTC)
    • Third overall counting Shining Armor and Princess Cadance in the season two finale. -Prince Goldstreak (talk) 15:07, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
      • Or Crusaders of the Lost Mark… or Slice of Life (not talking about bugbear)… or Brotherhooves Social… or probably some more episodes. Vengir (talkcontributions) 15:14, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
        • Those are stand alone episodes, not two-parters. Therefore, those don't count. -Prince Goldstreak (talk) 16:10, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
          • Your season two finale isn't a season premiere either. So? I had the right to assume you meant all episodes overall if you didn't specify that you meant two-parters, right? :) Vengir (talkcontributions) 18:01, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
  • Yet another second-parter with a different end credit music, after The Return of Harmony Part 2, A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2, Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2, and The Cutie Map - Part 2.

The Gift of the Maud Pie

  • Second third episode where a duo of new writers is introduced. The first was Season 5's "Castle Sweet Castle", written by Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco.
  • Third third episode where at least one new writer is introduced. First is back in Season 4's "Castle Mane-ia" (written by Josh Haber) and second is, of course, the episode I mentioned earlier (Castle Sweet Castle). --these two stats by Prince Goldstreak (talk) 15:58, April 2, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second episode with Maud Pie's name on it, and third episode she plays a major role in after her first episode and Hearthbreakers.
  • Seventh episode in a row with the word 'the' in the beginning. --these two stats by Mega Sean 45 (talk) 00:20, March 14, 2016 (UTC)
  • This is the second no. 3 episode in a season where neither Twilight herself or all of the Mane 6 are centered around. The first being Too Many Pinkie Pies in season 3. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Smv18 (talkcontribs)
  • Second episode Rarity (attempts to) open(s) an expansion of Carousel Boutique. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 17:45, March 15, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second third episode centered around Pinkie Pie after her most obnoxious episode. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 02:35, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
    • The phrase "her most obnoxious episode" is an expression of an opinion, not a statistic.Herculine (talk) 05:21, April 4, 2016 (UTC)
      • First episode someone questions my stat over a joke instead of an error. :P --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 19:56, April 6, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode to center on Rarity and Pinkie Pie - CAPRAFILMS (talk) 00:44, March 28, 2016 (UTC)
  • Maud's singing debut. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 15:27, April 1, 2016 (UTC)
    • Well, with quotes around the word "singing". - Jasonbres (talk) 17:54, April 2, 2016 (UTC)
  • First third episode of a season without the complete main cast appearing.
  • First third episode of a season when Ponyville does not appear.
  • Second appearance of Suri Polomare in the main series (third if counting Friendship Games).
  • Second season where a small song is sung before an actual song, after Season 2 with the Nightmare Night chant coming before Find A Pet Song.
  • Second episode when the Planes, Trains, and Automobile ponies, and the Home Alone mom pony appears after Hearthbreakers. --these five stats by Mega Sean 45 (talk) 16:00, April 2, 2016 (UTC)
  • Another episode where the end credit music is different. With this being a occurrence in the first and second episode, this could mean that this season will not have the default MLP End Credit Music.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 16:08, April 2, 2016 (UTC)
  • Third episode to take place in Manehattan (following "Rarity Takes Manehattan" and "Made in Manehattan"), and the first where "Manehattan" isn't part of the episode title. Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 02:44, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
  • Fourth episode where neither Twilight nor Applejack appear, following "Putting Your Hoof Down", "Flight to the Finish", and "Rarity Investigates!". Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 02:44, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
    • Both of them also did not appear in other episodes as well, which you can find right here.
      --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 04:48, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
      • There are plenty of other episodes where one of the two was absent, but these are the only ones where *neither* of the two appears. I thought it was significant since they're the most frequently used characters. Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 11:22, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second episode where Rarity impersonates another character, the first being Applejack in "Simple Ways". Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 02:44, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode set in Manehattan that Coco Pommel doesn't appear in. Scrounge (talk) 07:53, April 7, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode to mention "Maud Sense".Herculine (talk) 03:44, April 9, 2016 (UTC)

  • Second fourth Dave Polsky episode after Season 4's "Daring Don't". -Prince Goldstreak (talk) 06:05, April 8, 2016 (UTC)
  • Third fourth-episode CMC episode after One Bad Apple and Bloom & Gloom. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 13:00, March 15, 2016 (UTC)
  • First CMC episode where the CMC have their cutie marks. As in, the entire episode.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 03:36, March 29, 2016 (UTC)
  • Third episode in a row Dave Polsky writes a CMC episode (or more like an episode featuring a CMC) after Appleoosa's Most Wanted and Brotherhooves Social. That's one writer back that's been on the show since season one that's still around now! Let's see if Cindy's still around! ;) --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 01:41, April 8, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode not a single main character appeared.
  • First episode Apple Bloom had her own solo song. --these two stats by Mega Sean 45 (talk) 16:02, April 9, 2016 (UTC)
    • Second time that the first song in a season is sung by one or more of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, after season four's Hearts Strong as Horses. furdklZ.png 2xoHxMt.gif 00:45, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
  • Another episode with a different end credit music. At this point, I'm going to assume that Hasbro wants the MLP Credit Music to be gone.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 16:01, April 9, 2016 (UTC)
  • Second (or Third?) episode that involve around Apple Bloom and her issues.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 16:11, April 9, 2016 (UTC)
  • This is, like, the first time we've seen Tree Hugger since that time that blob guy crashed that party. I mean, if you can really SEE sompony just by LOOKING at them, you know? --Scrounge (talk) 22:11, April 9, 2016 (UTC)
    • I see what you did there. :) - Jasonbres (talk) 22:13, April 9, 2016 (UTC)

  • First episode in which none of the Mane Six appear at all (other than in the theme song). --Scrounge (talk) 00:09, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
    • I basically already said that, brah. "First episode not a single main character appeared." --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 00:16, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
      • Sorry, I must not have seen it, otherwise I wouldn't have repeated. And no offense, but please don't "brah" at me; I can't quite articulate why right now, but it bothers me. --Scrounge (talk) 08:51, April 16, 2016 (UTC)

  • Fifth time someone earns their cutie mark onscreen (Tender Taps), and the second time it's outside a flashback. Fear Not! (talk) 06:23, May 17, 2016 (UTC)

Gauntlet of Fire

  • Sixth appearance (fourth if not-counting visions) of non-Spike dragons after Dragonshy, Owl's Well That Ends Well, Dragon Quest, a very short glimpse in Magical Mystery Cure in one of Fluttershy's flashbaks, and Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep? in a dream. Also first time dragons appear in "real life" since season 2! --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 13:10, April 14, 2016 (UTC)
  • Different end credit music again.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 16:01, April 16, 2016 (UTC)
  • First episode to show female dragons. - Jasonbres (talk) 17:35, April 16, 2016 (UTC)

  • 9th/10th episode where no background characters appear.
    --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 18:37, April 16, 2016 (UTC)
    • Background dragons aren't background characters? Vengir (talkcontributions) 19:59, April 16, 2016 (UTC)
      • Sorry, I meant background ponies. (spikeward)
        --O0fKO6t.png (talk · edits) mzGuUgk.png 03:33, April 18, 2016 (UTC)
  • First time Garble is referred to by name. - Jasonbres (talk) 21:59, April 16, 2016 (UTC)

  • This is the earliest in a season that a Spike-focused episode has been broadcast. Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 23:55, April 16, 2016 (UTC)
  • For first time, Applejack and Rainbow Dash were absent three consecutives episodes; Now from Mane6, only Twilight Sparkle and Rarity haven´t happened this situation for. --Hakirayleigh (talk) 02:05, April 17, 2016 (UTC)

      • I guess you can say that Discord was the villain again, albeit indirectly. This would make Discord the villain of more episodes than any other antagonist in the show. Oh what beauty of a rose, to grace the eyes and charm the nose...~~SEGASister 17:17, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
  • Zecora is the only zebra in the show. 213.154.11.25 06:08, 2012 December 7‎
    • For that matter Zecora is the only non-pony in the show to have a cutie mark --Kinrah (talk) 22:50, December 8, 2012 (UTC)
      • You're right! I hadn't realized that! 37.61.110.210 09:54, December 17, 2012 (UTC)
      • Zebras are considered equines, but then, so are mules and donkeys, and they don't have cutie marks.Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 23:58, January 8, 2014 (UTC)
      • Umm...Actually, now Discord has his cutie mark of tornado in Twilight's Kingdom. NewSupaLuigiBros (talk) 01:23, June 16, 2014 (UTC)

  • Rainbow Dash is the only pony that can and has done a sonic rainboom. Meester Tweester (talk) 05:28, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
  • Applejack has bitten Rainbow Dash's tail eight times. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
    • And does so an additional time when entering the comic book in Power Ponies. --  Heeeeyyyy, everybody! It's Meester Tweester!   10:45, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
      • That would be the eighth time. (First three were once each in the first three episodes, fourth was in Dragonshy, fifth was in Fall Weather Friends, sixth was in The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000, seventh was in The Crystal Empire Part 2) Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 07:13, November 5, 2014 (UTC)
  • Fluttershy is the only pony to bite Rarity's tail, and the only pony whose tail is bitten by Rarity. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
  • Three of Scott McNeil's characters are involved with Rarity in some way. Rover the Diamond Dog kidnaps her and forces her to find jewels for him, Flam makes Rarity faint during their song, and Caramel is said to be Rarity's neighbor during his first speaking appearance. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
  • King Sombra is the only antagonist to not taunt the ponies in any way. Meester Tweester (talk) 18:08, January 20, 2013 (UTC)
    • He is also the only major antagonist not to yell "NOOOOOOOO!" upon his defeat. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
      • Not true; Tirek and the Dazzlings haven't yelled "NOOOOOOOO!" during their defeats as well.
    • And the only one without wings. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 05:48, May 28, 2013 (UTC)
  • Queen Chrysalis is the only major antagonist not to receive an unambiguous defeat in the show (although some think, comics aside, that she is either dead or banished). She is also the only one not to have been imprisoned a thousand years prior to the first episode. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
    • The second point is not counting Equestria Girls villains Sunset Shimmer and Adagio Dazzle, who both reside in the human world by the first episode though Adagio was banished there a thousand years ago Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 07:13, November 5, 2014 (UTC)
  • Every antagonist defeated by Spike has shattered to pieces upon death. (although Spike didn't directly do this to Sombra) Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 08:11, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
  • Each main villain is fought in a different area. The battle with Nightmare Moon takes place in the Everfree Forest, Discord in Ponyville, Queen Chrysalis in Canterlot, and King Sombra in the Crystal Empire. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 07:52, February 2, 2013 (UTC)
    • And Sunset Shimmer in the human world. Xeoxer (talk) 19:13, July 8, 2013 (UTC)

    • Broken with Adagio Dazzle who, like Sunset Shimmer, is also fought in the human world (except at a stage instead of the school) Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 07:13, November 5, 2014 (UTC)
      • Well, Sunset Shimmer was fought near the school, and the Dazzlings at the scene someplace else, so it still holds true (because all those other locations are also part of one word - Equestria). Xeoxer (talk) 18:11, November 9, 2014 (UTC)
      • Broken for real with Midnight Sparkle, who was fought in the same place as Sunset Shimmer was. Exactly the same place, in fact. --Scrounge (talk) 07:16, December 11, 2015 (UTC)
  • Every season of the show so far (not counting Equestria Girls) starts and ends in Canterlot. Vengir (talk) 11:37, November 15, 2013 (UTC)
    • Streak broken with the Season Four finale, which ends in Twilight's new castle, which appears to be located just outside Ponyville. - Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 23:01, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
  • So far, in every season premiere, Twilight cries. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 21:30, November 25, 2013 (UTC)
  • Of all the Mane 6, Rarity has the longest distance of back to back episodes revolving around her: Episode 35 (Sweet and Elite) and Episode 73 (Rarity Takes Manehattan), at 38 episodes. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 05:51, January 5, 2014 (UTC)
    • At a total of 763 days apart between both episodes' premiere date. Oh what beauty of a rose, to grace the eyes and charm the nose...~~SEGASister 17:17, March 29, 2014 (UTC)
  • So far in every 17th episode per season, Apple Bloom starred in it: Stare Master, Hearts and Hooves Day, and Somepony to Watch Over Me (Season 3 doesn't count because there was no episode 17). --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 20:54, February 12, 2014 (UTC)
  • Every season finale so far features at least three songs. Dont Be a Sad Panda (talk) 01:26, February 15, 2014 (UTC)
    • No longer true as of the Season Four finale, which includes only two songs. - Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 23:01, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
      • And season five's only had one. XD What's next? Season 6's having none? Nah, it's not gonna be like that. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 17:49, November 28, 2015 (UTC)
  • Twilight Sparkle is the only character to appear in every episode of Season 1.
    • No character appears in every Season 2 episode, with Twilight and Applejack coming the closest, each appearing in 23 of the 26 episodes.
    • Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity all appear in every episode of Season 3, though only Applejack has a speaking role in all of them.
    • No character appears in every Season 4 episode; Applejack comes closest, appearing in 24 episodes out of 26. - Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 01:22, February 23, 2014 (UTC)
    • No character appears in every Season 5 episode; Twilight is the most frequently appearing character, appearing in 22 of 26 episodes.Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 01:58, November 29, 2015 (UTC)
  • Every key episode in Season Four is written by a different writer. Abbeybunny
    • Also, every key episode in Season Four has been broadcasted as an even numbered episode (Rarity Takes Manehatten - 8th episode broadcasted; Rainbow Falls - 10th episode broadcasted; Pinkie Pride - 12th episode broadcasted; It ain't easy being Breezies - 16th episode aired; Leap of Faith - 21st episode produced, but 20th episode broadcasted; Twilight's Kingdom Part 1 - 26th episode broadcast) Perfect Sige (talk) 04:38, April 1, 2014 (UTC)
  • Season 1 is the only season where all episodes are broadcasted in the same order as their production order. Perfect Sige (talk) 04:38, April 1, 2014 (UTC)
  • So far Twilight Sparkle (season 1 premiere and The Ticket Master), Rainbow Dash (May the Best Pet Win! and The Mysterious Mare Do Well), Rarity (A Dog and Pony Show and Green Isn't Your Color), Applejack (The Last Roundup and The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000), Spike (Inspiration Manifestation and Equestria Games), and the Cutie Mark Crusaders (Stare Master and The Show Stoppers) are the only characters to have stared in episodes twice in a row at least once (not counting episodes where all the Mane Six star in one episode). --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 14:56, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
  • Season 4 is the only season not to introduce a new alicorn Glenn31 (talk) 15:36, April 17, 2014 (UTC)
    • Unless you count Alicorn Princess Discord in the finale. :) - Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 23:01, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
    • Discord is a Draconequus, not a pony. So APD does not count. Prince Goldstreak (talk) 08:41, December 1, 2014 (UTC)
    • Season 5 did not either. --Scrounge (talk) 07:16, December 11, 2015 (UTC)
  • Out of the mane 6, Applejack has gone the longest between episodes without being clearly heard singing (Best Night Ever to The Crystal Empire - Part 1), which is 26 episodes. Twilight is second to her, having not been clearly heard singing since Magical Mystery Cure (24 episodes as of Equestria Games) Glenn31 (talk) 22:10, April 23, 2014 (UTC)
    • Unless we're including EG, cause Twilight, and the rest of the Mane Six, sang then. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 04:37, April 25, 2014 (UTC)
    • I stand corrected. Applejack sang in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1, so that means Twilight and Applejack are tied as of Equestria Games Glenn31 (talk) 17:56, May 6, 2014 (UTC)
    • And Applejack takes the "win" because she has not been heard clearly since Twilight sang in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 1. Oh what beauty of a rose, to grace the eyes and charm the nose...~~SEGASister 16:11, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
  • Starting with Season 2, every season premiere and season finale has been written by either Meghan McCarthy or M.A. Larson. - Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 19:47, April 26, 2014 (UTC)

      • M.A. Larson still wrote it (just not by himself), so I say the streak still stands.Raymondluxuryacht (talk) 14:38, April 5, 2015 (UTC)

    • Season 5 ends this trend, as she appears in five episodes (again counting Nightmare Moon.)
  • Season 1 is the only season where Discord, Shining Armor, and Princess Cadance do not appear. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 07:13, November 5, 2014 (UTC)
    • Irrelevant; they hadn't been introduced yet. By that logic, this same statistic applies to Pound and Pumpkin Cake, Jet Set and Upper Crust, and Rarity and Sweetie Belle's parents, among others. furdklZ.png 2xoHxMt.gif 07:26, November 5, 2014 (UTC)
  • With the exception of season 2, Angel appears in every third episode per season. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 21:04, April 4, 2015 (UTC)

  • Of all the redeedmed villains, Discord is the only one who has worn the most clothing in episodes and first male to wear pants. User:Donald634 20:30 June 9,2015
    • Wasn't there a tennis pony wearing pants in Call of the Cutie? Vengir (talkcontributions) 22:21, April 13, 2016 (UTC)
    • However, both of the redeemed villains from the Equestria Girls movies (Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi) both wear more clothes than Discord has, for fairly obvious reasons. --Scrounge (talk) 19:50, May 10, 2016 (UTC)
  • Season 5 Half 1 is the first season in which no pony has bitten another pony's tail. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 20:49, July 31, 2015 (UTC)
    • Half of season is still not a season, even when the episode break is larger than usual. Vengir (talk) 20:53, July 31, 2015 (UTC)
  • Season 5 is the first season where Applejack does not bite Rainbow Dash's tail, nor do any characters with names. KillRoy231 (talk) 01:54, December 11, 2015 (UTC)
  • So far, in every musical episode somepony gets their cutie mark. Vengir (talk) 21:03, October 13, 2015 (UTC)
  • Season five is the first full season where Spike wasn't the one to have the fewer amount of appearance as the rest of the mane cast. That title this season belongs to Fluttershy. --Mega Sean 45 (talk) 16:37, November 21, 2015 (UTC)

  • Only odd seasons and films have reformed villains. KillRoy231 (talk) 01:55, December 11, 2015 (UTC)

  • The largest character to appear in the series is Dragon Lord Torch. Seabreeze's child is the smallest. --Scrounge (talk) 07:23, April 17, 2016 (UTC)
    • There is a possibility that fully-powered Tirek might have been larger. It would be nice if someone could do a comparison. Vengir (talkcontributions) 21:47, April 28, 2016 (UTC)
      • Point taken. For that matter, how big does Sombra in his smoke form get? How about until someone does that comparison (I second the request for that, by the way), we just say Torch is the largest character whose size remains constant. --Scrounge (talk) 22:47, May 7, 2016 (UTC)
  • All three male villains (Discord, King Sombra, and Lord Tirek) were imprisoned by both Celestia and Luna a thousand years ago. Nightmare Moon was imprisoned by only Celestia (as she is Luna), the Dazzlings were banished by Starswirl the Bearded, and Queen Chrysalis, Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and Principal Cinch never had a thousand-year backstory (except in the comics in Chrysalis's case where she was imprisoned in a volcano by Celestia). • Flim and Flam are the only characters who've had a major role in an episode more than once to get a song every time they do. --Scrounge (talk) 19:50, May 10, 2016 (UTC)
  • From season 3 onwards, every season has had a musical episode, but none have had more than one. --Scrounge (talk) 02:29, May 15, 2016 (UTC)
    • Unless you count the Equestria Girls films. - Jasonbres (talk) 02:34, May 15, 2016 (UTC)
      • The Equestria Girls films aren't technically counted as part of the season, but I don't count them as episodes because they're not episodes, they're films --Scrounge (talk) 06:19, May 19, 2016 (UTC)
    • Also Twilight isn't clearly heard singing in all of them, with the exception of Magical Mystery Cure.
  • So far, Twilight is clearly heard singing in only the season finales, with the exceptions of Winter Wrap-UpSuited For Success and the Season 3 premiere. All other songs where she sings in have her voice obscured by a chorus. She also rarely sings, despite being the central character. Fear Not! (talk) 06:22, May 17, 2016 (UTC)
