Tootsie Flute is the placeholder name given to a filly unicorn seen in several episodes engaging in activities with her friends. Tootsie Flute has an aqua coat color, a purple mane, and pink-purple eyes. Her eyes are of the standard adult mare model, rather than the filly one. She has being seen with many cutie marks including a pink flower, an hourglass, and a purple horseshoe, and sometimes no cutie mark at all. She shares her design with "Berry Pinch" and "Dinky Doo".

Depiction in the seriesEdit

Tootsie Flute appears several times in both season 1 and 2 as a speaking background filly.

Tootsie Flute is often a crowd-filler. She makes her debut appearance in Winter Wrap Up. She is seen jumping up and down while singing the song. In the next episode, Call of the Cutie, Tootsie Flute is shown multiple times, although in each shot, she has a different cutie mark. She is seen in Green Isn't Your Color and in The Cutie Mark Chronicles. Tootsie Flute appears in Lesson Zero at Magic Kindergarten during Twilight Sparkle's vision. She is also found at a picnic with Amethyst Star in The Mysterious Mare Do Well without a cutie mark, and calls Rainbow Dash's lawn-mowing super-heroics "lame" in the same episode. In Hearts and Hooves Day, she drops a Hearts and Hooves Day card when she sees Twist give one to Truffle Shuffle.
