Hey, gang. I hope you guys are doing well. Life's been super busy here.

Recently on Equestria Daily , there was a Spike Day thing going on for one day, and I thought about doing something amazing for this summer. I'm seeking someone out there that can do costume commissions (I don't have the skills to do a costume on my own), leaning towards mascot-style. I was thinking of Spike, possibly him as Humdrum. I'd be showing it off at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con this July. So far, I've approached one person on that, but I've not heard back whether or not the person is able to take on the task. If anyone knows of any folks out there that may be able to do this commission (USA required), reply here or leave me a private message and strongly prefe…

It seems like many fans of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic are really enjoying Season Four right now, and I have to say that's pretty cool to see. What are my thoughts? While there have been some really good episodes and nice moments from the current season, I'm definitely not on board the "Season Four is the best season ever!" express. Where do I find areas that I have problems with?

    1. Spike - I have no problem saying that he's my favorite among the main characters of the show. For the most part, I do like how the majority of the main characters have been written in this season. Unfortunately, I cannot say Spike is one of them. I realize that he's not as popular among the FIM audience as the others, but he's certainly not a lightweigh…

I ran into a poll recently regarding a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic movie asking the fans if they want to see a movie get released in movie theatres. I gotta admit, the idea itself sounds really cool. On the other hand, though, it could make or break a really good thing here. It's definitely a gamble, in my opinion. I think most people know that producing a film is expensive. You have to wonder -- what if box office sales are lower than the cost of producing the film? If that were to be the case, then it's considered a bomb at the box office. Also, could there be an effect in producing new episodes over budget concerns? What if the film is "Hollywoodized", or they try to change what was in the television series and use celebrity act…

This past weekend, the wait for the Season Three premiere ended, after a long 6-7-month hiatus. This is the first season where Meghan McCarthy has a more significant role for the series, and so far, despite Sombra being an underwhelming antagonist, the season premiere was excellent. Character development was one of the premiere's strengths, and Spike and Twilight got some much-deserved interaction together, which some fans wanted to see more of. There's been a lot of talk about what Spike did during the second part of The Crystal Empire. While most people seem to agree that he saved the day, there's a vocal number of people that do not believe he deserved any credit. I've been hearing some say, "All Spike did was walk a few steps." or "Cad…

Hello, everyone. I ran into a very interesting survey regarding Season Two of FIM. I'm not really fond of most surveys, but this one I thought was really cool. Anyone can participate by visiting this link. It's in the form of a Google Docs page. Once you're done, you can check out the results live by visiting the spreadsheet page here.

I hope everyone enjoyed the second season, even there were things you didn't like about it. Make sure everyone that loves the show sees this. :)
