Like the Sirens, I've come up with an idea of introduce another trio of sisters from Greek mythology to be presented as villains: The Furies.
The Furies are the tormentors of Tartarus. The self-proclaimed judge, jury, and executioners. They believe not all creatures deserve sympathy or recognition. They tasked themselves in disciplining the wicked and whomever they deemed guilty with the upmost cruelty, but fairness (even for the smallest of flaws). They are strict, serious, and not to be taken lightly.

I had a new claim for an opposite of MLP:FIM. I now see that the anime Naruto is opposite to My Little Pony. MLP has tug on everyone's heartstrings with relatable morals, cartoon humor, and the personal relationships between characters. Despite the anime's violence and overextended filler and story arcs; Naruto became popular through drama, excited problem solving, and an understanding of the core of each characters and the lore of their world with every episode.

I would like to correct my previous claim. My opposite for MLP would have to be RvB (Red vs. Blue). It's been my favorite series for ages. Of course it's a bit mature and not in the same class, but the stories were original and entertaining. Sure the ponies did more talking about their personal problems than taking action, but the lines from RvB were more creative and it seem them actually know what they're talking about. MLP and RvB characters are a mix of colorful personalities coming together. But I would say the Red and Blue solders may not get along, but they seem more honest and outspoken than the ponies.
